"Today I contacted this State Farm agency about homeowners insurance after receiving a huge increase from Allstate for the third consecutive year. Derek promptly assisted me, and quoted me a policy for $2000 less than Allstate, with more coverage and less deductible. Derek’s service was outstanding, and I already changed over to State Farm. "Derek reached out asking if he could possibly get us a quote, after I spoke to him regarding my parent’s policy.
I was on the fence, as we had one of those agents that supposedly look for the best rates and didn’t think we would get cheaper rates with State Farm.
